RAM’s Cocoa Production is the
name of the business. This business will produce cacao powder that usually used to make chocolates. Chocolates is made from
the cacao beans but most chocolate in the world came from mush processing, the addition or refined sugar, milk even vegetable
oils. A cake made with cocoa instead of chocolate can be as delicious as a cake
made with chocolate. In some cases cocoa makes the cakes moister and more flavorful. Cocoa is actually an evergreen tree whose seeds or beans are used to
make chocolates and coco. The cacao tree may grow 25ft high. Its fruit is a melon-like pond (similar to a long cantaloupe) that maybe 12 inches
long. The cacao seeds, imbedded in the pond are about the size of lima beans. Its pod usually contains 20 to 40 of these almond-shaped seeds. They range in color from which chocolates, cocoa and cocoa butter is made.
When fermented are dried these seeds are called cacao beans.
